Q: How is margin trading handled in perpetual contracts on Vibe? A: On Vibe, we use a cross-margin strategy. This means your entire account balance sets the rhythm for your collateral. Caution: the entire balance could be at risk if the market hits a sour note.

Q: What are the fees for trading perpetual contracts on Vibe? A: Vibe charges a platform fee of 0.06% (0.03% to open + 0.03% to close) on all positions. Keep in mind, ‘fees’ also include funding rates and spreads set by Solvers.

Q: How do liquidations work in perpetual trading on Vibe? A: If your Equity Balance falls below the required Maintenance Margin (CVA), your account will be totally liquidated. Keep an eye on your margins to avoid this crash.

Q: What networks does Vibe support? A: Trade seamlessly on Arbitrum, Basechain, BNB Chain, Blast, Fantom.

Q: How do I trade using Vibe's mobile/PWA version? A: Follow the setup guide on your mobile browser or our ‘Vibe Mobile and PWA’ page to install the Progressive Web App on your Android or iOS device.

Q: How do I export my trade history? A: You have 2 options: Either, click the ‘Export CSV’ button in the ‘Order History’ tab on the main trading UI, or, go to the PnL screens in the "My Account" section and click the "Export CSV" button there.

Referrals

Q: How do I get a referral link for Vibe? A: Create an account - immediately you will receive a referral code. Enter a friend's referral code when creating an account (or afterwards on the referrals page) to activate your code and start referring.

Q: How do referrals work? A: Referrers of active users earn Vibe Points daily. The more active users you refer, the more Points you gain. Vibe Points are convertible with $VIBE tokens upon TGE. For the full details, check out our 'Referral Program' page.

Q: Where do I see my referrals? A: For all your referral stats, tune into the ‘Referrals’ page in the UI.

Technical Questions and Support

Q: What collateral is used for trading on Vibe? A: USDC is your ticket to trade. Exchange your funds for USDC using LlamaSwap to join the action.

Q: How do I bridge to the chain I want to trade on with Vibe? A: Bridge your USDC to the Base network using your preferred service. We recommend Stargate Bridge for smooth transitions.

Q: How do I create an isolated trade? A: Vibe uses cross-margin by default, but you can create isolated trades by setting up multiple sub-accounts.

Q: What should I do if TradingView charts aren't loading? A: Disable your ad-blocker and refresh the page to get the charts fired up again.

Q: Is there a token associated with Vibe? When is the TGE? A: Keep your eyes peeled—no token yet, but we’re setting the stage for a future airdrop based on trading volume and consistency. The TGE is scheduled for late Q3-Q4 2024.

Q: Is Vibe audited? A: Yes, our backend contracts (SYMMIO) are Sherlock-audited, and all Vibe contracts will undergo a Quantstamp audit.
